Restoration work at your property is performed by these independent contractors, not by Columbia Restoration directly. Contractors carry their own licenses, insurance, and certifications applicable to the services they perform. Columbia Restoration facilitates the connection, handles initial communication, and may assist with insurance coordination — but does not itself perform restoration work.

No Guarantees of Service Outcome

We make reasonable efforts to connect you with qualified contractors and to represent our services accurately. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, response times beyond stated efforts, or the availability of any particular contractor. Response times such as "within the hour" reflect typical dispatch capability and are not contractual guarantees.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site. Prohibited activities include:

• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, held in Howard County, Maryland. You waive the right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations. Small claims court disputes are exempt from this arbitration requirement.
